Body by God: The Owner's Manual for Maximized Living
This book, if I ever get serious about it, has some interesting concepts in it concerning diet. It concentrates on eating the proper types of foods at the proper times of the day. As I progress through rehab from my shoulder surgery, it is now time to concentrate on a better effort to regain strength and shed the gained pounds from the past four months of inactivity. What I have read so far looks good but it's time for me to implement the plan.
